Great bowling ally, the bar is wonderful, the day shift bartender Jessica is the best, she remembered what we drank after the first visit and is a huge resource for this company, her service is above and beyond.
Love bowling here. BUT, I brought in a ball to have the holes filled and re drilled to fit me. Brought the ball off in on a Thursday and they told me it would be done Tuesday. Tuesday they told me Saturday. Saturday is here and it still isn’t done. I said I would be back on Tuesday to pick it up and he told me “hopefully it will be done”. Honestly, I feel unimportant, that others have potential been put in front of me and/or lied to about what is truly going on with my ball.
