I placed a pick-up order at 5:35PM. I could tell the lady that answered the phone was struggling to get the order correct so I repeated the order 3 times and asked her to repeat it to me.

When I arrived 2 of the 4 items I ordered were missing. When I brought this up the bartender, to change my order, she had an attitude with me and mentioned that I had removed the items in question from my order. As if this was somehow my mistake.

After waiting an 1 hour and 20 minutes (7:03PM) for my order to be corrected I asked to cancel the entire order. Again I was met with attitude and scowling. The bartender refused to refund me or allow me to cancel. I was given the second roll, missing from my first order, along with the now 1.5 hour old first roll from the first, messed up, pickup order.

Was my favorite sushi spot in town. Now I'll never go back.

I ordered medium well NY strip was just peppered. It was more like sirloin and dry. Mahi mahi was dry. Too much soy sauce in the fried rice with no veggies or egg in it. The steamed veggies were good.

Loved our hibachi chef. Service staff was patient with us while we waited for rest of our party to arrive. Food was excellent and modestly priced.

Great place for a real Japanese hibachi experience. I ordered the steak and shrimp 😁 and it was very well prepared. Full of authentic Japanese flavors and spices. They offer a full bar as well.

Had a 6:30 reservation on a saturday night. Finally got in at 7:10. They are glad to let you spend your money at the bar. Total bull excuse that the previous parties had not left. Just like united airlines overbooking and then making it the customer's problem.

No apologies, no concern for customer satisfaction. I guaranty if you show up 40 minutes late for your reservation here they will turn your away. They view their time as much more valuable than yours.

After they finally seated our party of 8 I was so irritated I left the rest of the group, gave them my credit card, and told them if they left a tip of more than 10% it would have to be on them.

No point in making a reservation here. You can get in anywhere in Cheyenne in less time without a reservation. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Great food, preparation, presentation and showmanship by cooks. Generous portions of scrumptious food. I'll be returning soon.

Stopped by this restaurant by chance last weekend to try something other than the mainstream corporate places. What a great surprise. The staff was friendly, gave great suggestions on the menu. The service was excellent with timing of delivery on drinks, then the sizzling main course right as we finished our delicious miso soup and ginger dressing salad. I enjoyed the reasonably priced steak/ chicken breast and 6 large shrimp with veggies meal and my wife had a Salmon meal that was also delicious. The restaurant was very nice although we only sat at the bar area so I could watch a football game, but the laughter and cheers from the habachi side sounded like other guests were having a blast with their chef’s. We will definitely bring family and friends to enjoy this Jem of a restaurant located in Cheyenne in the future.

It was a pick. First, the front crew saw me and ignored me. Not even greeting. I got a poke bow with raw salmon. I ended up throwing up that evening.
