I put an order in online and made sure to select this location. I arrived and it had somehow gone to Dell Range. They didn't care one bit when I showed up here. They didn't even offer to make a new order here. The staff is far past caring about customers clearly. I know why, but management clearly sucks at building a positive working environment.

Don’t go to this Wendy’s! The one on Del range is much better! Waiting for food for 5 minutes and all of it being cold is ridiculous!

all I gotta say is never will be going to Wendy’s on lincolnway. gentleman working counter was absolutely rude. all i ordered was cheicken tenders and a spicy chicken sandwich meal and apparently it takes a month and seven sundays to register that. i said it slow and gave him time to put it on the screen and he had to reiterate spicy chicken sandwich, tenders, nuggets.. after already saying chicken sandwich.. he was so rude.. he ran into a female worker trying to leave and got mad at her for being in the way. the gentleman wasn’t wearing a name tag, I get we have bad days.. but that was so rude.. I work retail and trust me I get when it’s been a bad day but i definitely don’t want to be talked too like a kid ..

Traveling through Cheyenne and Wendy's was the only place we saw that might have a salad. We ordered a Cobb and Taco salad with chili. Both of us pretty unhappy, tomatoes mushy, package of dressing not anywhere close to enough for salad which isn't all that big. I would have loved to have been able to actually finish it but no dressing and no salt or pepper or spoon for chili.

What has happened to Wendys?? The single was so small i thought I'd gotten a kids meal. The potatoe was miniature. Cost 27$. I wont be going back
Ordered the Wednesday deal. Got stale nuggets, a SOUR CREAM and chive potato with no sour cream?!?! No fork to eat it with. No spoon for the frosty. Ordered a jr cheeseburger got no pickle or onion but got a jr bacon cheese on a stale bun. But these are the jobs people want more money to do?

Ugh...only place open late at night besides Taco Bell which was packed so we chose this place. Worst dry food. I don't eat fast food usually but we were starving while traveling. Anything SHOULD have tasted good to us at that point but anything would have been better than what we got. Go to TACO BELL. Can't be any worse than this Wendy's

I got the butt of the lettuce in my salad, and there's was like 2 cups of raisins which I did not ask for. Made my salad super gross
