Ordered the Wednesday deal. Got stale nuggets, a SOUR CREAM and chive potato with no sour cream?!?! No fork to eat it with. No spoon for the frosty. Ordered a jr cheeseburger got no pickle or onion but got a jr bacon cheese on a stale bun. But these are the jobs people want more money to do?

Ugh...only place open late at night besides Taco Bell which was packed so we chose this place. Worst dry food. I don't eat fast food usually but we were starving while traveling. Anything SHOULD have tasted good to us at that point but anything would have been better than what we got. Go to TACO BELL. Can't be any worse than this Wendy's

I've been to this Wendy's several times as I travel through but I've noticed the store on Lincoln store 3504 has a rude man that's abusive to an older woman and they been sleeping next to the fireplace. It has made several ppl uncomfortable and nervous to be in the lobby bc of his demeanor. Something needs to be done with this situation.

I never complain as I work in customer service but my experience tonight has me questioning even drinking my powerade. We used the drive thru. The only female working there that I saw was taking orders. She was so rude it was enough to make my blood boil. The more we ordered the more rude she became. When we got to the window she was filling our drinks while passing some dirty looks. I ordered a large cherry powerade, it was 3/4 of the way full when she looked at another employee and took off into the lobby with my drink with no lid. When she came back it was full with out a lid. I can't help but worry about people messing with our food. I was being very polite. I like to kill people with kindness. She wasn't having it. Tried to take the survey but we were never handed a receipt. Unfortunately you have to have your receipt to fill it out. She was upset when she had to get my boyfriend his frosty. I don't know what her problem was but you don't take it out on customers. Customer service is not a good job choice for her. Food was good, but I was very cautious.

Menu items cannot be ordered per the GM. Yet they are on the menu for drive-thur. Employees were rude and not helpful at all. Don't put it on the menu if you don't want to make it. But that's their job making fast food. We will not return to this location due to the rudeness of staff.

Why is there ever only 1 person doing orders inside. And 5 to 10 on drive thru?

They always put bacon on my sandwich, when I don't ask for bacon. I have a religious restriction and cannot eat pork! Will not be going here anymore because they always do this. Hire some people who are actually nice. Wasn't going to say anything, but this is over the line, for the last time! Fries were good, hopefully the lemonade is good. Frosty cream cold brew tastes off. Employees not very polite. It's sad that I have to go to s***Donald's now. I said to the employee, "Have a good night," and she looked me dead in the eyes, said not a word, and closed the window in my face. I tried to engage in conversation, but wouldn't make eye contact until the hand-off. Just rude.
Dietary restrictions: Don't eat here if you are religious. They will cover your sandwiches with bacon, not asked for. Uncalled for

Went through the drive through a few days ago. They got my order incorrect at the intercom, I assumed they couldn't understand me so I went to the window. They were very distasteful and rude. I apologized and paid, my order was still incorrect.
