My main man, the guy, the one who took initiative and showed excellent customer service skills. Ethan not only went above and beyond ensuring that I had what I paid for, but did so with a genuine desire to help me. I truly appreciate the professionalism and empathy he showed today 11/16/25. Traveling through Cheyenne and Wendy's was the only place we saw that might have a salad. We ordered a Cobb and Taco salad with chili. Both of us pretty unhappy, tomatoes mushy, package of dressing not anywhere close to enough for salad which isn't all that big. I would have loved to have been able to actually finish it but no dressing and no salt or pepper or spoon for chili.
Go thru drive thru. Inside they take care of doordash before people in line.
Why is there ever only 1 person doing orders inside. And 5 to 10 on drive thru?
Vote for me is.... Go to drive thru. Then walk back in? Lol
