This location on Lincolnway, needs to up its game. Tonight I went in, ordered from the app and didn't get the fries I ordered. They gave me an order of fries when I mentioned it. The frosty was more like chocolate milk. No ice in the beverage machines. And the worst part was I got an undercooked burger. They replaced it when I showed it to the manager.Time to improve service and train your staff!
One of the best Wendy's, and I should know, I have my own personal rankings of every Wendy's I can remember. I used to work at one. This Wendy's is superb. They always have the frosty machine working. Best burgers chicken fries nuggets and toppings on specialties always correct. Only had kind of old fries once. They're nice and they're fast.
