Wendy's offers a pleasant dining experience with attentive customer service and a convenient location with ample parking. The food is generally well-prepared, though some customers have noted inconsistencies in quality and temperature. The Wendy's app can be hit or miss, with occasional technical issues, but the staff is typically quick and capable. The facility was dirty with spills on the floor and dirty tables needing wiping down. Special requests are not always done right, like leaving off onions. The baconater fries can have very little cheese and bacon, not worth the price. The Dell range Wendy's was not impressive. The drive-through has very friendly people, and the food was hot and fresh. There is a great selection of salads. Dave's Cherry Cream soda is a hidden gem.
