The staff will ignore you til they decide to take your order and the food takes forever to come out. Can get through maybe half the meal before lunch break is over. Some ppl only get 30 mins to eat. That’s not long if it takes 4 mins to get there and back and 15 mins to get service and food.

We went through drive thru. We ordered a single burger, fries and a salad. We never got the burger. We didn’t check the bag before leaving. This has happened 3 times before. We won't be back!! There are several other places we can drive thru and get EVERYTHING we ordered.

Walked in at 10:35, walked out at 10:42. Wasn’t even greeted at the counter by any of the 5 employees I could see. The guy ahead of me walked out for the same reason. Mgr and employees seemed more interested in online/door dash orders than someone standing at counter with cash in hand!
