It's a Wendy's, not a high end steakhouse. So this gets 4 stars. I will say the manager was excellent. They were out of sausage and she was prompt and apologetic and made things right and we all walked away quite happy. Good customer service for sure.
For one, their breakfast chicken sandwiches are the best things I have had at a fast food restaurant for breakfast, by far. The staff is awesome there, especially in the evening. I want to hand pick a few but I really can't; they are all so awesome. Always working hard, very nice and accommodating, smiles. Wendy’s breakfast is my favorite. You can’t skip the potatoes wedges. Fast and friendly service. My husband is a picky eater and they answered all his questions about what comes on certain sandwiches without having an issue with it. Clean inside the lobby and quick to get our food out even with a long line.
