Ari was very nice and engaging at the register - a great start. Charlie also needs to be recognized. Charlie has a wonderful presence and energy in the restaurant. I base that on this visit and my previous visit several weeks ago. If he comes into the lobby, he's very observant and moves quickly from task to task while also engaging with me as a customer. A valuable asset to the restaurant.

Ari was the one that greeted us and took our order this evening. Super friendly and well mannered individual. Will definitely be back and would recommend anyone who hasn’t tried them to give them a try, you won’t regret it…..that is unless you eat way too many wings 🪽

WE LOVED THIS LOCATION... Until July 3rd . I was so mad about our experience I couldn't write this review until now. We traveled from CO just to come to this location over the years as the brand has grown.

Well that all ended with our experience with the night management Cassie. Not only did she lie to me about my order . She thought it was a good idea to scream at me . Cody the other employee had to calm her down . He came and apologized and admitted she was lying. They got overwhelmed and forgot to bring our order out.
He offered multiple solutions to try to make the situation right. Due to us being gluten free the options offered could not be accepted.
What would be nice is if CODY is trained to be the new night time management as he handled the situation with both a psychotic employee and a angry customer like a PRO and CASSIE IS FIRED which she clearly said she doesn't care if this happens.
We unfortunately won't return to this location until this rude , immature employee is let go it is bad for your business.

I walked in kind of nervous, going to a different wing spot for the first time can be a daunting venture especially when you’re solo with no backup watching your 6. But Blaze was there, Blaze had my 6 as well as my 3, 9 and 12.. A feat I couldn’t even fathom being possible all while going over the wing flavors and describing them with such depth and then to procure said wings with such elegance you’d think he was royalty in a previous life. Shoutout to Blaze and his loyal crew for providing such outstanding service and even more outstanding wings.
