The food was great! Staff got our order taken and prepared in a timely fashion and it came out correct, hot, and delicious. The corn was very good!

this place is not hygenic, they even use there hands to pick out celery from a bucket of water.. and their always grumpy

One of my favorite this franchise but why do they let Uber, Door Dash drivers fill the drinks? Alot of the other fast foods have security stickers on the drinks so the customer knows it was not messed with since the WORKERS filled it. The drivers do not work for the company and SHOULD NOT BE FILLING DRINKS, THAT IS THE BUSINESS TO DO! FIX THIS!

**Wingstop Review: Katy Mills Location (Katy, Texas) Frustrating Experience** I want my refund. I recently ordered from Wingstop, and my experience was far from what I expected. After placing my order, I waited for two whole hours only to find out that it was canceled. I tried calling the store for clarification, and while the employee I spoke to was polite and did his best to assist me, unfortunately, the language barrier made the conversation quite ineffective. To make matters worse, there was no manager on-site to help with the situation or to process my refund on the spot. Instead, I was left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied as I was told I would have to "trust" that my refund would be taken care of. This lack of accountability is simply unacceptable, and it's disheartening to see a company fall short on customer service. I hope they can improve their communication and refund process moving forward. Until then, I’ll stay away from this location. Managers need to add more support for their team as they are not empowered to handle these situations.
Extremely messy and always over seasoned. The bottom of my sandwiches were soaked.
First time ever at a wingstop they gave us a time of 15-20 minutes, that worked out about right the wings were a great size, they were moist and completely cooked. I have to say I didn’t expect them to take flight when I opened the box though. Out of a ten piece 7of them were sporting a few feathers and 1 was attempting to fly south for the winter. I would say some extra care needs to be taken before wing stop becomes wings away.

I travel around the country for work and Wingstop is one of my favorites. But I have to say this is the second time I place an order at this location, in the evening first just after 9pm the second at 10 pm, both orders placed on line. When we got out food, the wings and fried corn were not tossed in the sauce and seasoning. Instead it was poured over barely covering any of the food. It was terrible. To say the least! The first time I mentioned it to the staff the gentleman apologized and I let it slide. But tonight it happened again. When I told them I wanted my money back. The gentleman helping me apologized and stated the already washed the bowls so the could get out early. I’m sorry that is not acceptable. The dirty dishes can be washed after your last customer. My daughter and granddaughter refused to go back after the first time. I believe in second chances, besides I’ve not had issues at other Wingstop’s. But I have to say this Cheyenne location store #10056 has lost my business. Disappointing to say the least!

The fries I received in my order were all burn and had no seasoning at all. They tasted horrible no matter how much ranch I tried to put on them. On top of that, I paid extra for all flats yet still had a mixture of drums and flats. I love Wingstop but the service I have received for my last few orders have been subpar and make me not want to order anymore
My service was awful waited 50 mins and was told 15mins. The employees were all standing around laughing talking on two of the working. I had groceries on the car the melted. This is my second time going here and the same thing happened last time. I will never go back. I tried to give them another chance. The service is poor and ridiculous!! Springfield, Ohio location.
Great service. Friendly. Food was out quick and accurate. Was greeted immediately when I walked in. First timer and I really enjoyed the wings.

Place is a joke. Waited on food over 30 minutes each time then watch 9 orders go out before my orders on 2 separate days. Didn’t start it until I got there each time. Then after I had been waiting dude is sitting against the wall hiding from me behind the cooler while the staff is cleaning up for the end of the night with no urgency whatsoever. So I had to stand up and get his attention. Says they’re “having problems with the fryer” Asked him how long 2 separate times doesn’t give me a response, feel like he just wanted me to leave so he got free food. ITS CHICKEN WINGS. You fry them and toss them in sauce. Guy needs to be fired and staff properly trained, don’t waste your time.
