Spendy, had to send steak back twice for not being medium.

Had a really good baseball cut top sirloin that filled me up and some carrot soufflé that was absolutely amazing.

I recently dined at the Wyoming Rib and Chop House in Cheyenne. While the food was decent, the presentation left something to be desired. The chicken wings stood out for their flavor but were quite spicy, so keep that in mind if you prefer milder heat. The ribs, which we shared, came with sides that felt sparse and lacked visual appeal.
On a positive note, the service was attentive and friendly. However, overall, the meal didn’t quite capture the full barbecue experience I was hoping for. It’s a reasonable spot for a casual meal, but it may not fully satisfy those looking for top-notch bbq.

The ribeye was flavorful and cooked perfectly. We also tried the carmel cheesecake, and it was spectacular. I may have eaten the cheesecake before getting a picture. I wish i lived in the area because this place would become my favorite spot. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing.

For a steak house the service was great . but for the prices you expect your meal to come as requested . I ordered a 9oz. filet medium done . And it arrived rare. 15 minutes after ordering I was told they were out of baked potatoes and had to choose a different side . But after returning the steak and it was cooked more, the food came out as expected.. I didn't like my food on little plates and bowls. generally it will come on one large plate . But overall the seasoning was descent with the filet and the servers were excellent. I will definitely try it again in s few days . Stay tuned

The food was great although there was no silverware at our table, and after our waitress delivered our appetizers, we asked for silverware, and she never actually returned with any. The hostess, who appeared to be exceptionally busy and an above average employee, was very helpful in getting us our silverware. She should probably be the first one to get a raise. Our server/waitress, Riley, disappeared for long periods at a time, was not part of the delivery of our entrees to our table and appeared to be unconcerned about doing anything in any sort of timely manner. Our order was missing numerous items when it was delivered, took 8 to 12 minutes for all of the rest of the items to arrive because other servers had to do her job for her. Although another waiter who was asked about the barbecue sauce that was missing claimed that he would inform our waitress when he could have easily just gotten the barbecue sauce himself, instead, my daughter had to wait to eat until her food was cold. We were usually tip 20-25% for good service. Our six dollar tip reflected the service that we received.

Terrible. Spent 100.00$ on appetizers and 2 drinks.Appetizers were barely warm and soggy. Tasted like they were made hours earlier and kept warm. Won't be back.
The 6 oz filet with a big potato and boy was it good. Great food!!!

So I have been going to the chop house in Cheyenne for the past 8 years and it was always excellent . The last time I went was about 6 months ago and the service and food was horrible . I am also a business owner and operator so I chalked it up to a bad bad day, we all have them right? Well I went last night (Saturday evening ) and we were going to a show after dinner . We ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich and lobster ravioli. The waitress provided horrible service and rarely showed up to the table, eventually we received dinner and went to take a bite of the chicken sandwich and it was tough to bite into. I cut open the sandwich and the meat was RAW, RAW like you just bought it from super market .Needless to say i was pretty upset, it took talking to 3 workers before the manager came and said "sorry I can take that off your bill." LOL . They still charged us for our meals with no real empathy. As far as how I run my business, I would have comped the whole meal and would have done what I could to salvage the reputation by providing good customer service. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT, SHITTY COOK, AND LESS THEN CONCERNED WAITER .
NEVER AGAIN

I held two dinner seminars that were scheduled as private closed door group events. The first one a week ago today and Monday the 21st. The Thursday was the worst experience of my career presenting in dozens of steakhouses in multiple western states. They gave my private room to a group that arrived a few minutes before us. It cost me thousands in lost leads. The service was horrible, the food burned and they were understaffed. Monday was a much better experience. Thanks Steve and team!
