Absolutely horrible!!! The restaurant was filthy….tables hadn’t been cleaned (it looked like for days), and the drink dispensing machine was so gross and filthy….no ice, no straws and no napkins and it was 2 in the afternoon!!!!!!! Then we thought maybe we will just get some ice cream….and this ice cream place HAD NO ICE CREAM except for vanilla….WHAT!!!!!! So gross…..we will not go back and I suggest you avoid at all cost!!!!!! Just gross!!!!

The entire restaurant was extremely dirty along with no napkins in any of the napkin holders, no ketchup or fry sauce out. Chicken sandwich was inedible and fries were cold. Very disappointing after pay $25 for two meals.

This was not good! When we went to the counter the person taking the order read us a list (literally) of everything they were out of. I think they were out of half of the stuff on the menu. What we did get was extremely underwhelming as far as quality and quantity. I would not recommend this place at all.

Need to have numbers or something similar to prevent error in orders. Food for the person I was with was delivered to another table who opened and possibly touched. When error was discovered simply brought it to our table did not offer to remake the food. We're also out of ketchup

Had a great shake ( blizzard) with Butterfingers and a fresh hot burger for the drive home.
This was, in my opinion, one of the worst Arctic Circles we have ever eaten at. The temperature of the deep fryer was not at the right temperature. The outside of the shrimp and the fish were crispy, yet the shrimp and fish were undercooked.

Side door was locked assuming on purpose so people wouldn’t come in. Person working counter had a dirty face little toddler sitting on the counter working with her. Lobby was filthy, not a clean table in the place and garbages were cram packed full. Staff was very unprofessional, talking about inappropriate things and talking about drive thru customers.

The chef wasn’t wearing gloves, every table was dirty, the employee’s baby was crawling around on the floor, the chocolate shake tasted sour. After we cleaned our own table, the employees took no notice and didn’t care to clean any other tables.
The restaurant was filthy with staff doing everything but what they should have been doing. My expectations are never high at a fast food place but this was the most filthy one I’ve been in. Floors look like they haven’t been cleaned since the last rainstorm and tables hadn’t been touched at LEAST since yesterday. My chicken tenders were handled without gloves (my brother saw and told me after I ate, thanks brother). If you have time to flirt and chat with your coworkers and play with your baby who’s crawling on that filthy floor, and to sit and hang around, you have time to wipe off a table. Putting this here so hopefully the owner can see what’s going on and maybe the health department ? be cautious if planning to eat here!

I would give this zero stars, we went on October 27th at 1:00 pm and are all mortified. The chef had no gloves on, even when handling chicken tenders that fell on the counter. The floor was absolutely filthy and none of the tables were clean. The staff were somewhat friendly but one of the doors was locked (we think on purpose) and they were all talking amongst each other loudly and had a child crawling on the floor. The milkshakes had a weird sour taste and we are all in fear that we will get food poisoning. They put nearly whole onions on the hamburgers, and the milkshake machine was absolutely filthy like nearly everything else. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

We sat at the menu for over five minutes waiting for someone to take our order, gave up, and waited in line for the window, made our oder at the window, pulled forward, and waited 40 minutes for our food while everyone else who kept pulling up got served.

Went through the drive through and literally waited an hour only to get the wrong order, my wife had to go inside and still got the order wrong, all the people in front of us and behind us left because the service was unbelievably slow and incorrect
