Great food, wonderful ambiance, friendly people, BUT CALL AHEAD because they do not keep regular hours and often will be closed when Google says they are open.

Really great brisket and pulled pork. Their own honey butter for the muffins has honey from their neighbors. Good sauces too!

Excellent food! LOVE the honey given with the corn bread. Great location to get a spot on the deck by the creek. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Good food. Service not real fast, but not slow either. they are attentive to detail though. Great beans, albeit a bit on the spicy side, but I like them that way. Not too hot, though. Seating was either outside on a porch, inside, or outside at picnic benches . It was right along a creek, so it had a local vibe atmosphere.

Nice little restaurant by the river. Weather permitting the outside seating is really nice. The pork combo for $22 easily feeds 3 or 4 especially if you have some of the sides and was really yummy. I'd definitely eat there again.

We were recently passing through and grabbed brisket sandwiches for dinner.... and just WOW. The Mac n cheese and french fries on the side really made the full meal deal of greatness. We would love to sit out by the river and enjoy the great food next time!

The smoked chicken is DEElicious! Our daughter does not care for barbeque sauce and the chicken was served with the sauce on the side. I had the pulled pork and it was very tasty too. The corn bread is a real treat and our favorite side dishes were the mac and cheese and the baked beans! We live close by and find that this is a great place to eat - often! The interior atmosphere is rustic chic and the view from the deck of the Horse Creek trickling by is a great plus too.

The food was delicious and the staff very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant location is awesome just along the river! Great BBQ smoked meat right out front.

This place is incredibly delicious. I got chicken and my husband got brisket. Great friendly service. Ample portions. Awesone sauces. Corn bread with honey butter was outstanding. We ate outside and enjoyed the river view! Highly recommend!

BBQ was delicious. Sat outside by myself enjoying the outdoors and the creek that runs past. Food was really good, atmosphere was fantastic. The girl who rang me out said I know it's cold outside but it's so nice to sit out by the creek. I took her advice and enjoyed every second.

Dog friendly patio made us stop for this place but man oh man, we did not expect it to be as delicious as it was. Hubs had brisket, I had pulled pork. Sides we had were beans, potato salad and coleslaw. Delicious. The scenery was epic with being right on the creek and the service was incredibly kind. Lovely place to eat in Dubois, would definitely come back!

Great little spot to have dinner or lunch, food was out of the park! Great service with clean restaurant. Sit next to a little creek!!

We landed in Dubois at lunchtime and went from one end of town to the other twice looking for some place to grab lunch, knowing there would be nothing for over an hour until reaching Lander. Finally popped into the local bar and asked where to find food. The bartender suggested 2Z's. It's tucked behind the buildings on the main drag, next to the Ace Hardware store. We pulled in and twasn't open for business yet, but the aroma emanating from the smoker next to the front door compelled us to wait! Great ribs and pulled pork, bottomless fountain soft drinks served inside or outside on picnic tables under trees next to a lovely stream. But the stars for me were the home made corn muffins with local honey and scrumptious fried cherry or apple pies, served with two scoops of ice cream!
