Place needs alot of up keep. Owners brother is a j*** and cares more about his buddies then paying guest. Find somewhere else. The girls there try hard to make it better but their hands are tied.

Only open a couple months a year to make mobey off snowmobilers. Lodge is getting run down. Owner seems disinterested in the business. Nice guy, likes his Tequila. Common bathrooms were dirty, rooms are all near the bar and noisy. One has a fireplace but doesn't work. Towels are thin and scratchy, hours and open/close dates are inconsistent, never can plam on them being open Left seberal VM messages before being contacted about my reservation. The area is beautiful tho.

We were snowmobiling past The Line Shack on our way back to our cabin rental. Stopped in because it looked so interesting. We were only going in for a beer but ended up eating an excellent dinner. They were having a 'special' for the Daytona 500. The buffet was $17.99 for 3 different kinds of ribs, brisket, pulled pork and fried chicken. It was DELICIOUS. We will most definitely be stopping in again next time we are in this area
