What a great little spot in Duboise, WY. Really enjoyed the buffalo burger.
Nice little area to eat outside, clean inside, and very friendly staff.
Make sure and get moose sauce with your fries and on your burger!

A group of friends and I (seven total) stopped by for lunch around 11:15 a.m. Service and food presentation were disappointing from the start. All our fries came crammed into one bag, making it impossible to serve without touching each other’s food. Milkshakes were given without lids, causing a spill, and weren’t mixed properly, syrup pooled at the bottom. Cheeseburgers had barely any cheese, just a small dot of liquid cheese on each patty. My “salad” looked like burger toppings tossed in a cup , shredded lettuce, pickles, onions, and odd croutons.
When we raised concerns, the response was that we should’ve called ahead, even though only one customer was ahead of us and others were served first. Overall: poor organization, sloppy presentation, and little care in service. We left disappointed and won’t be returning.
Excellent Rhubarb and vanilla shake. Highly recommend it.

The Moose Outpost in Dubois is a true find. The price vs quality just can’t be beat …it’s rare to get this kind of value anywhere, especially in such a scenic and welcoming spot. The place has great energy, down-to-earth charm, and feels like it’s run by people who actually care. Perfect stop if you’re passing through or just want to enjoy a slice of real Wyoming.

What a wonderful find! If you are ever on your way to the Grand Tetons, I highly recommend you stop here for a burger! The prices are great, the burger is big, and the service was wonderful. Their fries were also fantastic and the shake selections were out of this world.

Unfortunately, I have no pictures because we ate everything so quickly! The burgers are out of this world, the fries are fresh, and the shakes are to die for! We drove all the way from West Virginia and this was by far our favorite meal! Not to mention the kind ladies who run this place! You can’t go wrong here!!
