I was sitting at a table eating when I overheard an employee behind the counter on a phone call he was greasy in the face, and almost soggy. His name tag read Donavan. His voice carried across the dining area—slightly feminine in tone and impossible to ignore.
He was talking about a fake review, explaining that the person on the other end had used AI to generate it instead of writing it themselves. At one point he paused and said plainly, “I don’t understand Australian.” It was strange, because the voice on the phone sounded like normal English, just accented. He didn’t sound confused so much as dismissive, like that explained everything.
He kept insisting the review was not about him “That was Chad,” he said more than once, as if correcting a clerical error. Then, after a short silence, he added quietly but with certainty: “Donavan never existed.” He stated he made up Donavan.
When the call ended, he lowered the phone, glanced around the room, and said, almost casually, “It was him again. The Donny Khan guy—calling us again after leaving that AI review.”

Honestly you guys were good before but it seems now a lot of the time you guys are serving food past the throw out time, where its all dry and hard and not appetizing at all, as I watch the kitchen staff prepping the food seems like he doesn't even wanna be there unfortunately it seems like this one is going down hill

Arby's has just gone down the last few years. Food was bland, almost gross. Left you feeling depressed. The windows didn't have any blinds and the sun was completely in your face.

5 stars specifically to the two workers working the night shift on May 4th 2025 around 11:30pm, the male & female, i should’ve gotten your names ! you two are amazing & they definitely deserve a raise!! thank you both for always being so kind when im ordering for myself or door dashing! you guys are the best & always so sweet to my Australian Shepherd! thank you two! 💜

This place is a mess! All the customers are looking at each other and laughing at the terrible service. 20 minutes to get 2 beef and cheddar with no one In front of me. This location clearly has no manager.
They mess up my order every time I go there, it's annoying and on top of that their staff argues with me about my order like I don't know what I ordered! I won't go back!
