Stopped through on my way from Idaho to Colorado and it is the cutest little coffee shop. It’s the perfect location. It’s right off the highway. Love supporting local places the coffee was phenomenal. I got a white chocolate mocha with toasted marshmallow cold foam.
We have tried to go several times and every time but one the sign is in the window saying be back soon. Today we waited for 20 minutes and no one was there. It’s a bummer cause the coffee is great but it’s hard to get when they’re only open until 2 and gone with no ETA on how long “soon” is.
Driving cross-country from the east coast and spent the night in Evanston. I can’t tell you how great it was to find Caffeinated Cowboy Coffee. Days without a decent cup of coffee and then suddenly having one of the best cappuccinos I’ve ever had. It was seriously so good! A bonus is that the service was super friendly. Please hit this spot up, you won’t be disappointed!
