It seams like they have lost the will to care about food quality and will sell you food that is several hours old. They used to have the best corndogs in town.

The food was edible, but just barely. Everything was lukewarm, dried out and tasted like it had been sitting for hours. On top of that it is way overpriced for the subpar food that they serve.
Best fried chicken I've EVER had. Tried it for the first time today and immediately looked up additional locations so I can always find one when we are craving chic.

it wasn't all that great. I ordered the Dippers Bowl, which I had to wait 20MIN to get. I also ordered the Mac'n Cheese and JoJo's. Everything was nasty and nothing tasted fresh, especially the jojo's. I really got my hopes up for nothing. The Service was excellent though!! I was very appreciative of the staff. I wanted to make that clear. I went to the one here in La Grande, Oregon.

Not happy. I called at 6 pm and asked to have my food cooked fresh to order. I ordered chicken for me and a tenderloin for spouse. When I went to pick up 10 min later, food was sitting in case in carryout box and not cooked fresh. Plus, no tenderloins so no food for hubby. I asked for chicken for him as plenty more in case. No carry out menus again. I have asked for them everytime I go. Always out. It was $15 for 2 dark meat snack meals with 2 extra chicken wings. No way to see if charged too much as no receipt given to me. Food not as good as it used to be. New employee took order so that's who got blamed. I was offered 2 free drinks, but declined as drinks were at home.

We went to the Socorro NM location. The customer service was non existent. The girl was more interested in talking to her boyfriend than serving us. We were in there for over 15 minutes. Then she didn't even put on gloves to serve the food. We finally got our food and my girlfriend and I both ended up getting sick shortly after. Very disappointed in the service and the food. Will never eat there again.
