It was the worst food poisoning that I have ever had in my life. Yes, I am sure it was there, This was the only food I consumed that day. I ended up in the urgent care after the third day. Cross-contamination all over the kitchen.

I thought I'd try something different. The weirdest, most processed tasting Mexican food I've ever had. The rice was crunchy and next to inedible. I've never had enchiladas I didn't like. Until now.

This location is awful. If you order online and pickup inside, you’ll be ignored. I finally flagged one kid down from the assembly line and tried to tell him i was picking up my order. Poor guy barely spoke English and i had to tell him my name 4 times. Finally he finds my order and takes 5 more minutes to bag it. I tried to ask for silverware but he just shook his head. Trash everywhere inside. Mgmt should be ashamed

The person who made our food was very nice and talked to us while he made our food. The cashier on the other hand seemed very annoyed that she had to ring us up. She told me the total then I told her I had my app to scan and she let out a very verbal sigh and rolled her eyes at me. I just spent $30 on lunch just to feel like I was bothering her. I wish she was wearing a name tag so I could mention her in this review but I had check #90 on 9/22/2024 @3:01 pm the server name on my receipt is “am cashier 1” I will not be back and I will not recommend this location. Good thing I live in salt lake and was just driving through.

They don't care about the doordashers at all I have been waiting for 10 minutes for my order and 2 other dashers have been waiting for the same time if not longer. They aren't even bust 5 customers have came in and ordered and got there food before anyone has even talked to me and they still haven't talked to the other 2 dashers either worst experience ever mcdonald's has better customer service.

This is the slowest Costa Vida I have ever been to. I ordered online and was told my food would be ready at 6:39. After asking 2 times about my food it was finally done at 7. When I would stand by the register to ask about my food, the cashier would see me but continue to wipe trays and wouldn’t ask if I needed help. When I finally got him to acknowledge I needed help he told me didn’t so the online orders. I asked him to just go check on it which he did reluctantly. There was a huge line of customers and I’ve never seen such slow workers. No one was working hard and looked like they didn’t want to be there. I’ll never eat at this location again
