Size of portions has decreased so much. Hardly got any lettuce on our salads and I don’t think they could scoop smaller portions of pico and guacamole. Very disappointing at this location in Evanston. Hopefully, other locations aren’t so cheap.

Actually delicious! Had the chili verde burrito warmed in the oven and smothered with cheese and verde and it was super fast and a great change of pace from McDonald’s etc. Real food and the women working there were super efficient and helpful and clearly taking great care of the place on a Sunday morning. Give them a try!

Took our order and then we waited in line 20 minutes to get to the window and be told they didn’t have rice. Asked if we were ok with just getting our food without the rice. Wish they would have told us when we ordered and not wasted our time.

I went to Costa Vida to order food and to my surprise, the manager Amparo was in line helping her team. She leads by example and was very friendly. She made sure everything's taken cared of correctly and even checked us in our table to see if the food was up to our standard. She's amazing, and gave us superb customer experience! She's a rel leader.
Food was ok.. ordered online. Husband picked it up and they said part of the order was not available. He got home, I called to see why I was charged for the full meal . The girl sounded clueless and she kept asking her manager Umparo who is the manager and I was told it's a complete process and they have to go through the corporate office and fill out a request. All for a refund ? The refund I should get in a week. Very odd process I don't know any fast food place that has similar protocols. Won't be coming back, it's a generic chipotle restaurant.
