Homemade, natural flavoring, great taste! We tried the following (got 2 variety packs - 4 scoops each): caramel apple (2), key lime, lemon blueberry (2), rocky road, oreo cheesecake, mint brownie. All of them delicious 😋 Got what we were hoping for! Definitely my favorite ice cream joint in WY thus far!

Dad's has the best cold treats in town hands down. I always love going in and trying new and unique flavors, like licorice or fruity pebble. Dad's also has god-tier classics, like Rocky Road and plain vanilla! Malts, sundaes, and ice cream sandwiches are available aswell.

Amazing ice cream flavors every time we visit! We had the Lemon lavender, lemon poppyseed, chocolate roasted hazelnut, chocolate and vanilla and all of them were so good. Highly recommend visiting often so you can try all the flavors!

We ended up in Evanston because of this ice cream shop, as it was the only ice cream place open within a 100miles of where we were. The store is huge with big high ceilings and some local arts and crafts and great seating areas. The lavender honey ice cream rocked! There's also a coffee shop, For Pete's Sake, that sadly was not open. Seems like a great coffee shop too though.

We had such a great experience at Dad’s Ice Cream! My husband enjoyed a waffle cone with huckleberry and non-dairy raspberry (both incredible), our daughter loved her classic vanilla on a cake cone, and I had a cup with brownie bite and Oreo cheesecake—so rich and delicious! The service was amazing, and the place itself is super cute and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town. Thanks for the sweet treat and great memories! 🍦💛

They have gluten free waffle cones! They were so fun and yummy. I loved the cone and loved the ice cream. I had lemon lavender. I wasn't sure if I would like that flavor, but I liked it a lot. Lots of unique flavors! Great value.
I got the key lime ice cream. It was great. Plus the prices were very reasonable. I was also a fan of the spoons.
