The food is delicious. They are not set up as a restaurant. They cater for events and do a great job at that, they are just not very efficient when it comes to being a restaurant. Most of the personnel are friendly. It just takes forever to get your food and they tend to run out of food items. We have been 3 times and my wife is yet to get any ribs. On the other hand, the catfish is the best I've had.

My parents were visiting from out of town, and we decided to eat here since it was Friday. I have eaten here before through takeout and the food was good.However, eating in the restaurant is a whole different experience. From the time we walked in, the staff was very rude to us.They waitress that took our order, was rude to us and seemed as if we were an inconvenience to them.We waited at least 40 minutes for our meal. My parents were the first to get their food and most of it was cold. When they brought the kids mac and cheese, they brought a side dish, not the actual size of dish that was suppose to be served. When she asked the waitress about it, she just shrugged, said that is what it was, and walked away.My daughter and I got our food about 15 minutes after the rest of the family. The plates were hot, but the food was cold.If I were to eat here again, it will definitely be take out.

I have not visited this restaurant in quite some time because of a negative experience I had there with my father. We placed our order and waited for an hour, but it never arrived. I observed other customers who arrived after us receive their food and begin eating, while we were still waiting for our own food. We inquired about our order with the server, and she informed us that it had been misplaced. My father stated that we would give them a little more time, but if our food did not arrive soon, we would cancel our order and leave. After waiting another 30 minutes to an hour, we asked the server to cancel our order and left. We have not returned since. The food is good, but I am not going to wait 3 hours to eat. I am not trying to be rude, but they need to figure out how to get food to customers in a timely manner.I hope that the restaurant can improve their customer service in the future. I would be happy to give them another chance if I knew that I would not have to wait hours for my food.
