I order a large pizza well done, extra pepperoni, extra olives and little sauce, it was awful, undercooked, 6 olives per slice and 3 pepperonis per slice, spent over 45 bucks and I had to recook the pizza before eating it!!! I’m so mad about this!!

Highly disappointed in the service. We went in, were told food would be ready 5 to 10 minutes. There were three kids working. The girl was really nice, the kid in the back preparing food was too. My issue was with “Jay” or “J”. He just kept talking to other kids, one an off the clock employee. The girl kept asking him for help, and he just couldn’t be bothered. Got my food about 25 mins later. I was excited to try the cheesesteak crazy puffs, but the presentation was more than disappointing. Didn’t notice after I got home since I really wanted to just get in my car and leave. Guess it’ll be DoorDash next time. At least I know what to expect then.

Beautifully Chaotic
Tried to order online, but it would not accept my card, so I called my order in. I ordered the Cheesesteak Crazy puffs, but that IS NOT what I got. What i got essentially is balled bread sticks with a touch of sauce & cheese inside. If i wanted cheesy bread sticks and dipping sauce, that's what I would have ordered!

They have nothing in the hot and ready hotbox, there was 10+ people waiting for there food most online orders. I ordered one pepperoni pizza and a crazy bread and it took more than an hour to be ready when those are hot and ready items. The employees were working at snail pace. This is unacceptable and not the first time it has happened.

If the pizza weren't decent and the right price, I wouldn't put up with the service. We always get the wrong pizza or at least the pizza built wrong. They don't use the Pizza Portal which puts you waiting for an employee to round up your stuff and give you the half right order. They do have some friendly people who seem like they are trying. I just wish they would do better.
We were passing through town around dinner time, and Google Maps showed this Little Caesars Pizza was near our route and open. They had a variety of Hot & Ready Pizzas, so we were glad we stopped.
Crew was great. Ordered an in-store pizza, asked for crazy bread, but was out. Crew member jumped right at it, getting more prepared. Very accommodating. Definitely will be going here again, when passing through Evanston.

Probably the best Little Caesars Pizza. The staff was so nice. They gave extra napkins and offered paper plates for the kids to eat on our road trip.
