Terrible place to go to. Managers have terrible people skills. Managers hate when you let them know you received the wrong items. They can do more courteous services by simply apologizing and correcting their errors. Not giving attitudes like the customer is the problem. Never got issues from regular employees. Managers here are the actual problem.

Just came inside of McDonald’s, the employee gabe was a very nice gentleman. I was having a very stressful day and he just made it 10 times better by how kind he was. Evanston McDonald’s I highly recommend

Last two times I went there I ordered a hamburger without onions. I placed the order with the mobile app. Both times, I ended up having to go inside after picking up the order through the drive-through because, of course, there were onions. They aren't very friendly about messed up orders. Maybe the manager was upset with the crew, but she seemed upset with me.

We visit this McDonalds from time to time on our trips to Salt Lake City for shopping. Evanstan is just one route we can take to the SLC area, and when we do, we stop here for a quick bite and a coffee. This location is exceptionally clean, with modern updates and plenty of order kiosks. The customer service has always been friendly and timely. For a fast food Mickey D's, this has been one of our favorites and will continue to visit when we pass through in the future.

It’s a McDonald’s. Service is usually pretty good. It is consistent. Most of the employees are great while others make you not want to come back.

Decent experience for a fast food place. You get what you pay for, so don't expect a gourmet burger. But, definitely quick if you're needing to eat and go.
