I came from out of town. It was PACKED! However our order came out fast and correctly. An employee was happy to give us more ketchup packets when my son still needed more. The kids play area was very busy and per my son, may be geared more towards under 8 kids.
it's honestly a hit or miss with this McDonald's. The service and accuracy most definitely depends on the managers working and some care more than others. I've gone through the drive through about 4 times this month and I've noticed some of the teenagers working the drive thru are very untrained on customer service. nothing against them I don't mind honestly but being put on a 10 minute wait because of one mistake definitely doesn't make things easier...
For the years that I’ve lived here honestly, let me tell you what the food’s always been good I’ve never had an issue with any of the managers and employees honestly, one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to the amount of volume that can go through this place and keep the line going is astonishing. All done is all I can say keep up the great work. ❤️❤️
