Hi , i was there for sandwiche . It was long line when my turn came I ordered six inch, the fatty girl was so slow after completing chicken section , she put my sandwich to veggies section and her self gone back without completing veggies portion and my sandwich was getting cold and other girl mandiee was also not that much fast . And i left my sandwich like that only . I also worked in subway for one year in California it never happened. Owner should hire some good people who work fast bez we are drivers we can’t let our trucks on pump for long , someone is behind us for fulling . One of the worst experience of my life at any food place. I

Went there on 09.23.2024 And there were two people working one of them was really nice and very efficient I didn't catch her name while the other one, Angel, from Louisiana or something was very slow tried multiple times to put the wrong thing on our sandwiches judged our sandwiches cursed in front of us and had inappropriate earring. Overall she wasn't providing the customer service one would expect and admitted she would not mind sneezing on someone's food while the other lady was amazing.

Stopped in while traveling (during regular business hours), was ignored by team members who were dusting above the prep table while dirt and debris fell onto stocked food containers. After patiently waiting to be greeted or acknowledged in any way, one team member stated “subways closed” without any reason or explanation during the middle of the day. There were no signs displayed indicating closure and doors were unlocked. I then called from the car and asked if they were open and was told they were ?

I come to this subway frequently over the last 10 years or so. Today was terrible, the girl working was more interested in talking and making jokes with her coworker instead of taking our order. Also, if you dont have HAM, ROAST BEEF OR TURKEY, maybe tell people before they even start ordering. As those are MAJOR components to most sandwiches.

I am a truck driver just can't stop all the time ... went in there at 1140am lunch time to get a sandwich and the lady says there closed and I asked the lady why and she said she had to clean.... at lunch time almost noon.... great time management skills at this place or just a management team

First, they do not deal well with anyone except the guy who works in the afternoon. Second, they open at 7 pm in the cover, but the closing time at the site is 10 pm.

As a CDL driver, I come through this location a few times a year. It's getting worse every time. Usually, there are long lines here with slow-moving employees. Today, though, was a little different.. two guests in front of me, as usual, no urgency in their work speed, but this time I watched two very rude workers be snappy, short and mean to the two patrons ahead of me. I usually don't get offended by it. Sometimes, we all have bad days, but this was insulting and mean. When one patron asked for an item they didn't have, he was told rudly that this is a "franchise" and they don't carry everything. The other worker was rude, pushy and mean about how the patron they were serving wanted his sandwich put together. Though that patron had difficulty expressimg how he wanted his sandwich and the fact that he clearly didn't have a lot of experience ordering food from subway, there was absolutely no excuse for him to be snapped at, insulted and embarrassed like that. I dont work at subway and i completely understood how he wanted his food and how little extra effort it was to understand him. This worker wanted to make a production of it and express their frustration. Like any job, some things are more difficult to do and handling customers was clearly not this workers strength. It was insulting and I decided to leave the line before it was my turn. Why would I want to be treated like that for customizing my sandwich at Subway.. where that shouldn't be a problem. Some of the sandwiches i like have slightly different ingredients than the menu items posted, and i saw how i would be talked to by the workers. I gladly spent my money down the road at a diner in Little America. It was good too.. they have sandwiches. Won't come back. Clearly, with the poor reviews posted recently and the lower and lower quality of service, it doesn't look like things will get better. If management wants to look into the visit- It was on 9/5/24 at 130pm.

Its our first time stopped at this location ,unfortunately our experience were so bad,The Lady Name Ashley Has no sense to talk ,after we order a egg sub & a veggie sub she pick up the veggie patty & eggs sticked together to warm up in microwave, we request plz don’t stick together bcz my buddy is pure veggie he has allergies of egg , rather she understands she gets so aggressive,insulted us with bad attitude,felt like 21st century & racism is still in some of those people’s.
