This place is a disgrace to the diner that used to be there, the staff in the diner were always good and the food there was good but the new taco time is herendous. Not good. I do not recommend going here. The older gentlemen who took my order legitimately forgot to put the meet in my taco! He was also very rude if I could leave zero stars I would.

Last few times I've came in at 9:00am, there website says they open at 8:00am, this women tells me they don’t until 10? We tried again this morning, and the same lady was in the back screaming refusing to make any food. She was very rude every time I’ve came in.

They really need to hire more people so we are not standing in there so long before getting waited on. The people who are working are doing all they can but if there is only one person there trying to cook, taking orders at the window and wait on the people that come in, it's just not doable!

I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews but I will not go to this taco time. The service is terrible. The manager when I have went in a couple times in the evening is so anxious and on edge and very loud so everybody in the restaurant can hear her anxiety. She berates her staff. Leaves customers waiting for very long time before taking their orders and sounding very unprofessional about it. Really if you look at my Google I mainly leave good reviews but I just don't think somebody should be managing a place that is so unprofessional. She might just be a shift lead but I've had her each time I've been in and her stress bleeds through the lobby and back into the kitchen. The last time I went in I even heard her telling her staff not to take any more orders despite cars being in the drive through and me being in the lobby. I don't know why I even stuck around and waited the 10 plus minutes it took her to come take my order. Won't happen again. I understand the food industry can be stressful but I also don't think that this chain is ran very well. And my items were cold. Both times I went in they were out of a huge amount of different items that should have been prepped in the morning. I've worked at a taco time before I know how it works if you want a good Taco Time experience go to the Taco Time in Lyman they are amazing and ran very well.

I got to the drive thru at 8:3pm and knew they closed at 9pm. I waited about 10 mins before I noticed some people watching out the windows on the back door. Finally they came on to take my order. They informed me that all they had to serve was crisp burritos and stuffed mexi fries. I ordered and got the stuffed mexi fries and got home only to find out I received regular tator tots and not the stuffed mexi fries that I had ordered and I paid for. Don't waste your time or money going to this taco time location because you will be very disappointed.
