Cute little place. Warm food, good flavor. The Tuscan soup and grilled cheese was good and the turkey pot pie warmed me right up! Cinnamon rolls are good.

We are in Evanston about once a month. The Pie Hole was recommended by an equally excellent place right across the street, the Suds Bros Brewery. I contacted owner lisa andasked for a suggestion, and she said Sour Cream Lemon was a family fave. So we got one, and that has to be the BEST pie I've ever had. And I'm not a huge lemon guy. Beautifully decorated, and just unreal.... a MUST if you're ever in Evanston.

What a cute place! We had the banana cream pie (homemade and real whipped cream). The French dip and Reuben sandwiches were wonderful. Real butter used to toast the bread. High quality meat. True quality good. The people are warm and friendly. My new favorite spot to visit in Evanston. (Came from Salt Lake City for a drive 😉)

Just happened to come across this wonderful little bake shop while traveling. We tried a slice of German chocolate pie which was heaven. We purchased a peach pie and coconut cream pie to go. Both were delicious especially the peach warmed up with vanilla ice cream. Simply scrumptious.
Worth the trip from anywhere.

Our first time here and it was amazing! The cashier was so sweet! The French dip was the best I have ever had and my little girl was in love with her grilled cheese. Definitely would recommend stopping by here!

It was my first time, I was visiting from out of town and stopped in on Baked Potato Day! It was all so delicious, and I had to take a pie or two home for my family. Will definitely add it to my stops when passing through.

This is a surprisingly great place to stop for a bite to eat! I don’t usually go into Evanston, but this little place was well worth it. I bought a piece of their Lemon Sour Cream pie(it was delightful) and a small pecan tart for a gift. If you are traveling and want more than truck stop garbage, this is a great place for something fresh!
