They had trouble getting our order correct, I asked to have it repeated at the speaker and had to correct them, then I asked for another repeat at the window and still had to make corrections, and then the order itself had two wrong items.

Husband ordered a bake potato when he asked for butter for they Cashier was rude and said it dont come with butter and acted like she wasn't going to give him none. For what we paid butter should be not an issue.

For how crazy busy it was on a holiday weekend, I got my food quickly, and the service was great. They must have had more business than planned, though, they were out of a few things, including ketchup.

Was seriously wanting some Wendy's chili with extra meat patty. Jumped off interstate in a very large RV but had no problems getting into and out of Wendy's. Grabbed a couple of frosties for good measures and back on the road.

We order 2 choc. Frostys, 1 strawberry swirl and a 4 piece chicken nugget. At the window cashier Lilly and host Christy handed us our chicken nugget, 1 swirl and only 1 choc frosty. We ask for the other frosty we ordered and Lilly said, “You order 2 frostys we gave you 2”. We told her we order 2 chocolate ones and a strawberry. After a few minutes of going back and forth she finally said she’d have to charge us for the third frosty we never got. That was fine but then she told us we’d have to wait in line again. I wasn’t going to wait in the line longer to get this terrible service. This happened on 8/31/2025 at 3:11pm. Never coming here again, this was my second time with bad service at the same place. 👎👎👎 P.S. I had to give this a one star because it wouldn’t let me post this otherwise.

Arrived at 9:56 pm. Staff locked the lobby at 9:58 pm. Yet told us it was closed right at 10 pm when we were turning back to the car. My phone said 10 pm. We just wanted to order inside and leave. And when we got our order through the drive through could not read the receipt. Instead of apologizing, learn how to change it the ink on the printer.
