I’m PISSED. I ordered a 5$ biggie bag. It’s supposed to come with a drink, Burger, Fries, and Nuggets. So after waiting in a fifteen minute long line, I get my food and they’ve managed to forget my nuggets. The amount of time my order took and they still managed to mess up. Do not come here.

Me and my husband Ethan placed a mobile order, and it still took 10 minutes or longer to get our food after arriving. Furthermore, I did not have a fork for my chili cheese fries so I had to use my dessert fork, and there were no napkins. Worst of all my burger was not warm at all, and my husband’s nuggets were cold as well. For the wait time I would expect my food to be warm, and it should be common sense to include napkins with an order. Do better!

I have been having one of the roughest weeks of my life. I have had a hard time having the motivation to cook. So I have been going to Wendys as they are one of my favorite fast food chains! The staff has been so wonderful and so nice and my food has been so very fresh every Single time I go there no matter the time of day! I went there at 9:45 pm and although I could see they were cleaning they made my food fresh and they were very happy to greet me and serve me! This Wendy’s is always A treat to get food from, and I am forever grateful for the staff and their willingness to serve❤️
Ordered 2 bacon fries and jr bacon and it took them like 10 minutes to make it when nobody was in front of me and by the time I got my fries the cheese wasn't even melted

Dirty Tables! Flies!! Service sucks! They did not greet us!!!!!!!! didn't tell us we had to pay with a card on kiosk, or we'd have to wait til employee felt like taking our cash. Terrible MISTAKE!! Employees need to learn how to greet and talk. No one was talking to customers at all. They were busy, I get that, but, to not having an employee acknowledge you is not running a great business!!!
