I have no idea, they clearly don’t want business because they have online ordering turned off. I tried the app and the website. When I had to call to place a pickup order, I was told I can’t use a coupon over the phone. Ordered from somewhere else.

Extremely bad. Had a hard time seating us. Finally got 4 adults and 1 child seats. Then the waitress. Never stops by the table,when she does and u ask her for something she's gone 10 to 15 minutes in the kitchen. Comes back with some of what u asked for. She brought out the food....well most of the food. She completely forgot my order. She then disappeared in the kitchen again. When she came out I asked when my food would be up. She said she was sorry the kitchen was doing the closing prep. I said don't u close at 9 or 10? She said yes but we r closing early tonight and she doesn't know why. That's why its taking so long. An hour. It took an hour for me to get southwest egg rolls. An hour. She forgot 3 times I asked for the egg rolls to go. 3 times. I finally got so irritated I asked a gentleman working for the to go containers and lids. He went straight to get them and bring them back to the table. No napkins. Had to ask for them. No refills, had to ask for them when u could actually find her. Absolutely ridiculous.

Not sure why I keep trying any food besides the triple dipper, which is still just OK. I've ordered the quesadilla here and it was filled with hard to chew chicken, like trying to chew rocks. Another time i got the chicken tenders and they were mostly just fatty bits. My latest visit I got the chicken fajitas. I should have known when my plate was set down in front of me and I smelled something gross. First, they weren't even sizzling, just a warm plate. The separate plate of cheese, sour cream and pico was warm and the shredded cheese mostly melted. And the chicken? Absolutely no flavor or seasoning whatsoever. I dont think I've ever had worse fajitas. On the plus side, our service here has always been pretty stellar, even when they are busy.

Several visits, always same time, last three times even at same table. Same Waiter every time, and He does not like his job or people. Not sure why he is still there. Walks away during middle of 6 top still ordering drinks. This has happened on all three visits. Refills come only when getting ready to leave on drinks. Now to the food: Loaded baked potato soup is AMAZING! Macaroni and cheese…. WOW. They know the way to bring cheese flavors out for sure. Burgers ok, not best or not the worst. Chicken strips have an excellent seasoning on them and were not dry. mozzerrela sticks? Holy gigantic pillow sized feast! They are a meal by themselves, excellent sauce too!

4 different servers, 6 tables. All tables except ours had already been served. The servers came out multiple times and cleaned tables, took away dishes, swept the floor...but never acknowledged us.... it's a small dining room they saw us and not once came over. Then when we finally ordered (keep in mind wr get the same thing everything time we come) they told us they couldn't substitute part of the order for a deadly allergy. They've offered to do that every time before and we accepted. But this time they can't. The server offers for the manager to come over, so we say okay. The manager never comes.. and still not even water has been brought, so we leave. Terrible management terrible service
The services provided were unusual, as we received our appetizers with our lunch at the same time. They offered to pack our chips and guacamole to go, which is unexpected. The other chilli experiences I've had were not like this.

We ordered dinner on the way home and my wife had requested no onions on her soup and a plain cheeseburger. Needless to say, nothing made it to the table as she had requested. We talked with the manager and they fixed the food pretty quick and made everything right. We would eat here again, the food was hot and the manager did an excellent job of fixing what was wrong quickly.

The ribs were hard someone else in my party had told the waiter that she was allergic to gluten and he gave her tortillas with gluten in them and after she had eaten a few bites he said well i can see if they have gluten then brought out cold gluten free tortillas definitely wouldnt recommend
