Came in for dinner and had Hannah as our server. She was extremely attentive and very friendly. Our food was good! Loved our experience. Thank you for taking care of us šŸ¤

Popped in on a Thursday at 7pm and sat at the bar. Took 10 minutes to get a drink, 20 to place my order and almost another 30 to get overcooked food. When we finally were able to tell the bartender our complaints, she promptly went straight to the kitchen and her attitude was was easy to overhear. Then they took 25% off & gave a bill for $91. Needless to say we will Not be back anytime soon.

Food sucked, extremely over cooked chicken, bad shrimp, cold Mac and cheese, the service was decent but the atmosphere was bland, I wouldn’t recommend going here and just Go to the Texas Roadhouse near it.

This places parking is not only appalling, but a joke..... the main entrance is blocked by a concrete wall which is ridiculous , I completely understand why Texas roadhouse gets your business its the next possible entrance and there drive is convenient, unlike your crazy block. Would have had business any other way.

Food is ridiculously overpriced, not very good and while we were there, there was one guy serving all the tables, menu is limited, the lobster tail was more like a crawdad tail, small and overcooked, just drive up the road to Texas roadhouse, you'll be happier

I’m disappointed.. I ordered a medium rare steak (the steak came medium extremely dry slightly burnt and over seasoned) I was ment to get a potato with it but it was extremely undercooked. Then I get a full size ribs meant to have multiple In it (wrong I only got half of what I ordered. I don’t know what it is but it seems like door dash delivery are always treated In correctly because the customer isn’t there in person but that shouldn’t change anything and I’m extremely disappointed to to find out Outback Steakhouse is the same.

First experience at Outback. We will not be back. The food is mediocre at best and our servers was terrible. I had to go up front and to the bar in order to get help.

Came out on Veterans Day for my free meal that i served for. I came in to see the place have empty and being told it’s a 30 minute wait. I waited 30 minutes to be told that they don’t know how much longer of a wait now. The kitchen was ā€œbacked upā€. Realize people are don’t eating and leaving the restaurant so more booths and tables are opening, so there has to be less orders. Outback didn’t wanna give out the meals the veterans fought for.

Very disappointing for such expense. There were 8 in our party, 4 adults, 4 kids. We called ahead by a few hours to make reservations, for 5:30 pm on a Sunday night. They had our table ready about 7-10 min after we arrived, ahead of our reservation time by about 10 minutes. Drink and appetizer orders were taken, and arrived promptly. There were very few other patrons in the restaurant. We ordered, and our food took approx 30 minutes. A steak was cooked correctly, but hardly warm. A grilled chicken looked like a blackened chicken, it was pretty well done on the outside. Our grilled shrimp were good, but luke warm at best. The seasoned vegetables, broccoli and carrots, were barely blanched, still very firm. A kids order of mac and cheese had very little cheese on it. Our waitress kept our drinks filled ok. We will never go back. All the adults agreed it was an overall very disappointing experience.

The food and service was GREAT, but I almost went to Texas Roadhouse instead because I thought this Outback location was permanently closed down:

- There were few cars in the parking lot during prime dinner hours
- The parking lot was poorly lit and scary at night. Plus, it had weeds growing out of the pavement cracks and grounds.
- The Outback neon sign on the side of the building only displayed half of the name
- There was a huge concrete barricade on the front entrance with no sign redirecting customers to the back entrance.

I’m excited that there is an Outback in Casper, it’s one of my favorite restaurants; but I’m afraid that we loose this treasure if the above issues are not addressed.

We ordered several dishes and had a complaint about how one steak was cooked. The server had an issue with the complaint because we felt it should be either remade or removed from the bill. The food is ok but portions is lacking. Service was good until the point that a complaint was made and then it went down hill. Not sure if we will ever return.

Service was good but our poor server has to run around like crazy serving tables all over the restaurant while other servers were on their phones. Our meal was good but it took forever to come out. It was clean, but hard to get to from our hotel.
