Food was mediocre. Chicken Santa Fe was supposed to be on jalapeño cheese bread. Got sourdough. The naker is obviously not weighing the water. The buns were dry, tops cracked. Meat was heaped in the middle rather than spead out eavenly. I owned/operated GJCO Schlotzskys for 18 years, so it was a disappointment to get something less than standard.

I purchased an egg sandwich in the morning, but upon taking the first bite, it tasted sour, as if it had been made long ago. I had to throw it away. About an hour later, I began to feel discomfort in my stomach, which only improved after using the restroom. I strongly urge the restaurant management to review and maintain strict food quality standards to ensure customer safety.

Asked for the strawberry lemonade that was featured on billboards in the store then after we pay the lady says the machine is leaking but we can go to the fountain drink station and get that lemonade. So we paid for the featured lemonade and then got fountain pop country time lemonade that we didn’t want. And she stuck her fingers on the inside of the cups when she handed them to us after she was just touching other people’s money. Yuck.

Bagged lunches at Hat Six are available from Schlotzskys - decent amount of meat on my Italian, but bread was dry and fell apart. Meat itself seemed to just be cheap ham and salami, noting really else on the sandwich. Can't speak to the service or atmosphere as it was just a bagged lunch from the cooler.
Guy working the counter April 22 @ 9:30 pm was very rude. I was initially excited to try a new truck stop and now I won’t be coming back due to this. Dang… it was a nice place.
