The food is fine at this location and i never leave reviews for fast food but I typically treat myself to a sonic blast every couple months and my past three blasts have been awful. I go there for a cheat meal and i get a mini blast with extra reese’s (which is an extra charge) and every single time, there is literally barely any reeses. this last time the reeses were only on top and 1/4 of the way through, no more reese’s . just very frustrating when this used to be my favorite treat and they can’t even make it right. I used to work at Sonic down in the south and we would never make a blast that sad. the people that work there are nice though and if I had to guess, their managers are telling them to short people :/ Also two burger meals and a mini blast was $39, ridiculous pricing for fast food

This place got better for a minute, then got bad again. They close at 8, right? Wrong. You go there at 7:45 and they say you can’t order any ice creams, milkshakes, or anything else blended because they are “cleaning them”? What??? It is literally an hour still till you close and to go so far out of my way to go there, this is disappointing. I then was like bro why it’s not close to closing and he just said that’s what they do. Sad day.

They let me place an online order for pickup and when I get there they tell me they are out of 2 things I ordered but they can't give me a refund!

This place is horrible!! Don't wast your time. No customer service at all. Walked in to order was told someone will be right with you. Well you wait & wait & wait no one comes to take your order. This isn't the first time this has happened. Thought we would try again, my mistake. Will never do again.

The last several visits to Sonic have been progressively more disappointing, but I like the ice cream so I stuck with it for longer than I should have. Over the past few months it's been disappointing. Wait times over the past several months have gone up massively. I've been told by staff they were closed and no longer serving well before closing. Items seem to be out of stock on a semi-regular basis (both ice cream and mozzarella sticks) on multiple occassions.
Most recently today, the food quality was disgusting. I ordered a cheeseburger and mozza sticks for lunch on a quiet day where there were only a few customers ahead of me. The orders were clearly coming out very slowly. When it was my turn, the mozza sticks were barely warm and had the texture of pencil erasers. The cheeseburger was cold to the touch, and when I opened it up the meat was visibly cooked but barely lukewarm in temperature, while the bun and toppings were as cold as they would be if the burger had come out of a refrigerator. Absolutely disgusting.
The staff were polite though. Management clearly fails at their job.

We showed up at 8:20 to be met with some who was really rude over the speakers. He had proceeded to say he was out of shakes, smashers, blasts, and slushes due to cleaning because there closing at 9 and don’t want to clean it. Personly this is bs and people come here specifically for shakes and drinks. It also doesn’t take very long to clean the ice cream mixture or grill.

The worst customer service in the entire state. Avoid at all costs. Waited 10 minutes to order and then not a single thing was correct on our order, drinks, sides or sandwiches. Not even worth asking them to correct

We ordered four meals for our kids, and one specifically wanted his burger plain. Despite clearly asking for no condiments, it still came with toppings. Very frustrating — I don’t understand why they can’t get a simple request right. Hoping they pay more attention to orders in the future.
