Service was great, food sucked. Ordered a number 6 with no onions, a number 7 and a number 3. All three burgers came out cold, the cheese wasn't even melted. The number 6 had onions on it and the number which was supposed to have caramelized onions only had two little pieces. And the smash burger was paper thin, I know ya smash the burger but there should be some meat there. All in all very bad food, but service was great. Won't be goin' back anytime soon.
Rarely make it to the east side of town. Decided to stop in today to eat in house at sonic. They became very busy and I was informed they were understaffed today. Food still came out in a decent amount of time and was good! Nicole was super busy but still had a great attitude every time we interacted!
We went inside for once. Nice and air conditioned. Food was hot and fresh. They were on their game with bringing food out. Only hiccup I saw was when you order inside they forget someone’s there and people will wait a while to order. Bathroom needed some restocking but clean.
