YUM! If you are traveling through Farson for any reason stop at Sweet Water Smoke. My favorite is the pork belly, but all the meats are great. They also have a variety of sides that change often. I have had mushrooms, fries, beans, coleslaw, and a few other sides and they all are unique and delicious. I have ate at few BBQ places in my travels and this is a Top 3 for sure.

Parking: Large gravel parking lot with numerous places to park.

Wheelchair accessibility: Building has handicap parking on the west side with a long ramp for access.

A locally owned/known hole in the wall, that is bursting with goodness (smoke flavor)! If you're a plant killer (vegetarian) the do offer coleslaw, though it goes much better on a pulled pork sandwich! Owner and one employee running the restaurant. The brisket and pulled pork was amazing. Didn't need ANY sauce, as it was already full of goodness flavor. Good luck, and hope you all have the same experience. Oh, by the way, I was passing through for a backpacking trip, so no way am I a local.

Vegetarian options: You could enjoy their coleslaw.

Kid-friendliness: The owner is a family guy... everyone is welcome. The owner and staff were very warm and welcoming.

Parking: Small town out in the middle of nowhere, so for the amount of traffic they probably receive on a regular basis, it's probably perfect, but it is restricted for the masses.
