Definitely changing a lot of the policies at the truck stop making it challenging for truckers . You have to now show your ID to use a coupon that you already had to verify your mobile device. & had to verify your identity prior to printing out the ticket ! Showing an ID every time is ridiculous safety messaures are already in place so your you guys not making any sense doing this going to cut you business !

Food was great once they got order correct, I travel 45 minutes to 1 hour to get to the closest Burger King to me which is in a TA truck Stop, the customer Service was crap all the employees seemed like it was a problem to take order and a simple thing like extra onion on my whopper meal was a bit much for them the cook a tall big guy gave me my onion straight in my hand instead of putting it in something for me to carry through a very crowded lobby the only person that was the least bit polite and nice was an older lady I would like to say I won't go again but it is the closest one to me and I love the fact that you can order onion rings I spent well over $100 there with the big family I have the good thing about it all was that we had to move a table to ours so we could all fit and the workers did not complain about that

I go here often and have never had an issue until today. The service was horrible with everyone but the lady that was at register. Orders were messed up, items were missing, food was not what we ordered. They were all grumpy and had attitudes one young guy even tossed my mom's bag of food at her 😒 I really love this place hopefully they can step up there customer service and make the orders how the customer asked
