Ordered from Grubhub and it said it would be here between 6:15-6:25. Didn’t arrive till 7:15 and was ice cold. The tempura chicken roll was raw in the middle of all the pieces. Grubhub says there’s nothing they can do but here’s 10% off your next meal. Called the restaurant and they wouldn’t help either. Offering to remake it in a half hour. Why would I wait most likely another hour for more subpar food and service. So I spent $88 on cold steak and raw chicken. Never use them again!

Pretty good, we were the only folks there & was late night. They still served us, then we found out they were about to close

This place is awesome! I took my daughter and 3 friends in for lunch along with 2 of my friends. The chef was awesome and the food as always was great. The kids eat free thing is always a big bonus as well!

Good food and a pleasant atmosphere. The service is great and the selection is good. Love the Negamaki here.

Get people that can and will do their job and treat the paying customer with respect. It should not take 2 hours to make sushi rolls and cook hibachi. Had reservations for Valentine's Day at 7:00. Had TWO waiters and neither should have been on their own yet! (one was nice and was sort of trying - just not real hard - but the other you could tell did not want to be there) Only half of us were given a menu, half were waited on, after sitting for over an hour we asked where

It was Great Service and Food. My family really enjoyed the Hibachi and just had a gun experience. For a family of 6 the bill was pretty decent.

Went here for the first time with my family. Food as well as service was completely unacceptable. Orders were forgotten, various things late, had 4 different waiters with no consistancy. One of which responded to me like I was out of line for bringing these issues to his attention. Literally could not believe how he spoke to me and then they charged us full price for everything, even the sushi roll that had burnt tin foil in it. There was no apologies or effort made to make any of this right. Dont waste your time people

We brought our kids 18mo to 5yrs old, and they really liked the performance cooking and cotton candy. I would recommend to anyone for a night out with kids, or just a group of adults. Staff was really nice and made it fun. Bathroom needed a little cleaning, but maybe we caught them at a bad time.

Manager was very unfriendly and tried to punish us through adding an 18% gratuity to our check when we tried to bring something to her attention. Two people from our group wanted to share a meal. They did not notify us before hand that there is an extra fee when sharing a meal. So they charged us without any notice. The meal was skimpy and the chef wasn’t very fun for a hibachi grill he was sniffling like crazy from being sick. Pretty upsetting customer service.

Parking up front is nice. Server was kind and asked if we needed a high chair. But then it kinda went down hill from there. We were given a booth with a 6" step up. She tried to say the high chair would be OK teetering on the ledge. We put the baby in and she kicked the metal pole that holds the table up sending herself tipping back. Of course I caught the baby before the baby fell backwards but I went to my vehicle and got our stroller. We were the only customers in the restaurant and it took over 30 minutes to get out a kids hibachi and some sushi rolls. The sushi rice was not vinegared or salted nor was the batter on the fried shrimp salted. Nothing was seasoned at all and everything tasted bland except for the kids chicken hibachi. Even the miso soup was lacking flavor (salt would have helped again). They went heavy on the seaweed, light on the tofu, salt, and bonito flakes. It was the cheapest way to make miso.

Was excited to try this place, however a restraunt needs to have a clean bathroom, and theirs is disgusting! I had to leave without trying the food. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like!
