Waitress was very busy but was very good. Good food and great service

When we arrived at the restaurant there were only 3 tables occupied but it took approximately 15 minutes to assign us a table. Then when we placed our order they took too long to bring the food.

The waitress seemed very tired or in a bad mood, it wasn't the best experience but I think I would return to give them a second chance.

We went to the gillette location at about 9pm. The server was way to quiet to begin with and she was quite slow with the service in general. After we ordered we were brought dirty silverware and when we brought it to her attention she told us "I'm sorry I don't have any fresh ones." First if all, that is not something you should tell a customer as it is her job to make our experience at their restaurant satisfactory at the least. Secondly your restaurant should not expect their customers to eat off dirty silverware. We were so dissatisfied with our service and grossed out by the dirty silverware we were apparently expected to just deal with I told them to cancel our order and we left. We will not be going back. Ever. I truly hope that this cooperation has better standards than this. This is how you get people sick. They are lucky if they haven't been sued yet. Just awful. I hope they get shut down soon.

Typical Applebee's with maybe a slightly older decor/furniture. My waitress was great and attentive. Food was good with minimal wait time. Bathrooms could use some maintenance and a good deep clean but they weren't horrible. Overall just slightly below average for an Applebee's location.

It is another Applebee‘s - so you know what you’ll get. The difference was made by the service. We ordered Mozzarella sticks. These we did not receive. My wife ordered a classic Cheeseburger. It came without cheese. We told the young lady that the cheese is missing and got the answer that classic cheeseburger is without cheese. So guys be careful when you order steak with shrimp…

I've only ever done take out here a few times. The staff is friendly and ordering pick up online is easy, but the food is not as good as other Applebee's I have been to.

Solid spot to grab some grub. Food was good, service prompt and all in all zero complaints. Don't typically frequent these chain places but if you are in Gillette and need something to eat this location is a solid choice.

Girl that brought our food, threw it down, said "here" and stormed off, spilling our dipping sauce. Second girl brought our coffee, we told her about first girl, she informed us that her servers wouldn't wait on us because we had a bad attitude, yet we said absolutely nothing to them.
Avoid this place, the servers don't care about customer service.

Skip this place. I had placed an order online to go for around $50. My order should have been ready when I got there according to the app. The hostess kept checking on my order and kept saying they're working on it. However, I waited an hour just to be told my order had gone out with a Door Dash order even though I was there to pick up my online order. The manager tried to make it right and seemed nice enough, but I just got a refund and will NEVER go back there. That was first and LAST visit to that Applebee's.There was a Door Dash delivery driver there who was waiting on the remainder of an order he had already delivered. I guess I wasn't the only one that had their order wrong. They weren't even busy at all.

Waited fifteen minutes for fries so burger was ice cold. Pathetic service from people unqualified to be in food service.
