This place is supposed to be open at 7am. It’s now almost 10am and the doors are locked. Two cars in the parking lot. Too many ppl that need jobs to have the employees doing whatever they want. Do better!

I used to love Arby's it was one of my favorite places in town to eat but the quality of their food is so unappealing. I just waisted $12 on a Philly steak that went in the garbage. It was weird tough. The pics looked nothing like what I got. It showed veggies but the were only a few diced onions on my sandwich. It is clean and the staff was friendly, but I will not waste my money here again. I could have gone to a restaurant and ordered a real cheese steak for about the same price and that is what I will do next time.

If you are short staffed you turn off online ordering. Period. We waited 45 minutes in a drive through line because the lobby was closed and they already had our money. By the time we waited behind everyone else our food was cold and disgusting. Do not online order here.

My wife and I just went there 1/2 hour ago sat. Sept 3rd. My wife got a buffalo chicken Wrap, and i got the buffalo Chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich was all right, but alot smaller than most arbys buffalo Chicken sandwiches. The Curly Fries I had were old tough and rubbery. My wife's Wrap, the tortilla itself was tough and rubbery the Chicken tasted all right but over all I would not go back to this Arby's at all.

Place has gone completely downhill. Stopped in last night and bought food for the family. $30 bill, got home and half of my order was missing. I called down, the kid that answered said I remember making what you say is missing, there are only 2 of us here then hung up on me. Never again.

The cashier was so nice. All happy and cheery eyed. So that made things better. The food was good. Nice n hot. But my bun tasted and felt old. It was hard. But we all still ate. We were starving. But other then that it was good.

This was the best experience we've ever had at an Arby's. Our food was ready mere seconds after ordering! Everything was hot and fresh and yummy. The staff working were very friendly, too. Plus, the dining area was very clean. Our only disappointment was that the shake machine was broken as we all were looking forward to Jamocha shakes. However, we would stop again in a heartbeat.
