Went through drive through. employees were more interested in petting the dog in the car in front of us.....and didn't wash their hands before trying to handle our food. When asked if they were going to wash their hands they asked why. Do better

On our most recent visit, it was fairly busy. Apparently, our order got overlooked. One of the employees, Pam, came out to our booth and apologized for the mix up, and said our food was being prepared. Shortly after that, the manager talked to me, again apologized, and said she was comping our meals because of the inconvenience and refunded the amount paid. Our meals were great, and prepared to order. That is excellent customer service, in my opinion. We enjoy eating at this A & W location and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks again to Pam and her manager.

Love all the choices here. Staff is friendly and personable. Food is cold sometimes. Burgers aren't as good as they used to be. Fish and chicken is delicious. Love love the cheese curds! Tables are sometimes sticky.

Both times we have went there they tell us we cant have more than 2 sauces even though we ordered 4 full meals that should come with sauce, we even offered to pay for more sauces but the older lady said they cant give out more than 2 sauces no matter what. We also ordered rootbeer shakes and got just plain rootbeers. Food was cooked well just not happy we couldnt get what we asked for and the fact the lady was pretty rude over sauces, we didnt even bother going back to get the right drinks we paid for due to her attitude.
The staff here are always happy and helpful.
