On our most recent visit, it was fairly busy. Apparently, our order got overlooked. One of the employees, Pam, came out to our booth and apologized for the mix up, and said our food was being prepared. Shortly after that, the manager talked to me, again apologized, and said she was comping our meals because of the inconvenience and refunded the amount paid. Our meals were great, and prepared to order. That is excellent customer service, in my opinion. We enjoy eating at this...
Love all the choices here. Staff is friendly and personable. Food is cold sometimes. Burgers aren't as good as they used to be. Fish and chicken is delicious. Love love the cheese curds! Tables are sometimes sticky.
So I will first say if there is an A&W in a town I'm passing through or visiting I will make it a point to get food from there because they are one of my favorite fast food restaurants and there isn't one in my hometown. With that said, as I was passing through Gillette recently, I spotted this A&W, so of course, I had to eat here.
