I have tried BWW a handful of times in this town and every time I have been left disappointed. The staff never knows their menu and hardly checks in on their tables. Every time they have messed up SOMETHING on my order and never offer to make it right. They have held my card for 15 mins after they’ve closed my ticket when the store was basically empty. It always takes forever to get seated, then give your order, then get food. I LOVE BWW, but this location has been awful.

Customer service is atrocious. We got up and left due to no wait staff. Manager doesn’t know how to handle an upset customer. I was trying to tell him what was wrong and that we were upset and he just walked away yelling back at me, “Have a good day!” Over and over again. Told my wife after we left, “The manager’s attitude and demeanor tells you everything you need to know about his staff. It starts at the top”.

We need a wingstop at least they know the difference from a French fries and a potato wedge, this place loves stealing money everytime I upgrade something the give you the french fries, they probably owe me like $20 with screwing up my orders.good luck on getting your order right ordering here.

Went in last night after shopping.. not impressed!! Took 20+ min get drink order and almost an hour to get our food . Most likely won't be returning . Guessing ya'll will end up like Applebee's ... no good

Three adults, three children, 2.75 hours to eat. Understand the toothpick to hold cheeseburger together but not the half of toothpick on inside of cheeseburger. Very poor service. Had to ask for silverware and napkins after the food was delivered to the table. Short staffed. Very slow. Would not recommend eating there.

Food was good but took 75 minutes for first part and 90m for our friend's burger. The waiter, David was excellent. But the restaurant was plainly understaffed. Ridiculous wait times and problems with the app and inadequate kitchen staff. A large group of students from a high school arrived as we waited and their orders (made by their chaperones at 0600 this morning on the app) weren't ready for over an hour once they arrived. As they waited, they created an atmosphere of shrieking, pubescent madness. It was a dumpster fire lunch experience, TBH.

Went in for our anniversary dinner and two tables came in right after us ordered more stuff we just ordered wings and chicken tenders but the family that got our food before and then we had to wait a whole hour just to get our food and then when I ordered a beer it didn't even taste good will never eat here again service is absolutely terrible
