Only 2 people working. Ordered a chicken sandwich x mayo & lettuce and was told 2 go around and wait in the parking lot and they would bring it out to me. How about 20 to 30 minutes later, He finally comes out and hangs me bag and there's no Chicken Sandwich. Brings me out one 5 minutes later, blames the manager working. Let's get back to the hotel, and I basically have it's a Mayonnaise sandwich. It's been even taste the chicken or the lettuce. My kid ordered a whopper with bacon and cheese. There was one slice of bacon. He asked for a large, got the large drink and a small fry!

Honestly I am so thankful for the staff. I'm 25 days away from giving birth and they were so kind and sweet to me. Treated me with respect and didn't make me feel like a burden. They absolutely made my day and I'm eternally grateful. From the nice lady that got me I've chips to the man that helped me with my order for my pregnancy craving. Thank you. Honestly the best.

First of all it’s a Burgerking. By this point you kind of have an idea about what you’re going to get. That being said I’m a black guy from Baltimore. The young man who took my order was vibrant and had no hangups about serving me and my wife( we’re an interracial couple). Everyone else wasn’t mean but weren’t particularly nice either. But they did their jobs well. The woman who gave me my food even suggested waiting to finish my burger before getting my ice cream. The best part was after being chewed out by a frustrated customer they held their composure and used kind words despite them screaming in their face. I got my ice cream cone and told them it was one of the best BKs I’ve sat in. And honestly with that level of professionalism in a fast food spot it was 💪🏾🔥

Went for breakfast and the food was good for the most part. I got the meal and they asked what drink I wanted. Didn’t know it was $2+ up charge for a fountain drink. Why are fountain drinks an up charge from OJ? Then to add insult to injury they didn’t have any ice and the machine was out of 50% of the options. They need to get that fixed ASAP especially when they are up charging for it. I’ll still give 4 stars though because the food was good.
Waited in line for 22 minutes for them to miss a portion of our order and continued to tell us we had it all. When I asked for a receipt they didn’t give me one, only the expeditor receipt on the brown bag. The lady was yelling and tapping her fingers the whole time saying she only has X amount of time to get her stuff done and kept yelling as if it was our problem.

This establishment was absolutely disgusting. We just were in there and the bathroom was beyond trashed and unclean. The parts of the kitchen we could see from the front were grungy and dirty. When we informed the staff the bathroom was bad they just brushed us off saying they would get to it but we were the only ones in there and they did not go deal with it. The food was not good either.
