Really bad experience I went to the Big D on Lakeway a bit after 1 pm on July 28th asked cashier what time they stopped cooking the bone in chicken, he replied about 6 pm I said ok and would come back around 4ish When I went back no chicken was in the warmer, asked if I could place an order same cashier stated they were all pretty busy with item from truck they received, he did yell loudly in the store for a worker to come cook some chicken, the guy got out the container of chicken started going through it, not even washing his hands, that should’ve gave me the first clue told them I wanted an 8 piece all dark meat not the meal, I was told it would be about 20 minutes they had to warm you the fryer, I said I would wait outside, I came back in store a bit earlier and waited, Chicken was done 5 minutes later , i restated dark meat right no answer, the guy that cooked it waited on me , just rang it up and after a paid he said I had 4 breast pieces that they ran out of dark meat, the rest dark, told him that was not going to work that we did not eat white meat (no reply no receipt) frustrated I just left Will never do there agin or recommend them I will me sending this to Chester Chicken corporate office.
