Hey day shift it's 2:15 an hour and fifteen minutes after lunch rush. How about take care of you lobby. You have 8 tables 3 are dirty. 3 are taken. Guess that leaves one. Also maybe a line and lobby sweep. You have 4 employees doing nothing. Appears to be a manager issue. However, food was good!!

Why is there 6 to 7 kids working at once it’s chaos and constant Mess ups on orders. It’s really ridiculous. Also I’m not an octopus if I order 2 drinks and 2 blizzards give me a stinking Carrier and even the carriers suck lol get it together.
I grabbed some lunch for my grandson it was a great deal and got a cone for myself. Jace and his coworkers were friendly and efficient the store was clean and i liked the workers aprons

Gave them 3 gift cards at the drive up. 2 went thru because they were full, the other he said he ran it 3 times and it declined. But I know for a fact it still had a balance of 4 dollars and something on it cause all I used it for was a 5 dollar blizzard. Instead of telling me juat so you know this card is declined he just let it go and told me the renaining balance I owed. He asked if I just wanted him to throw the cards away. I answered yes thinking he emptied them cause again he didn't inform me that there was a problem with one of the cards.
Not very happy about this. I won't be back.

How is a large cheese curd going to be 3x the price of gas and you forget it.. 3 items is $36 bucks that $10 cheese curd was for my dying great grand mother and her last request for any fattening delicious food was those cheese curds that they didn’t even give us.. the worst part is it was a toss up between my grandmothers last meal and my daughters tooth fairy money so I hope every one of you employees at Dairy Queen are happy knowing my grandma passed watching me eat my food while they forgot hers, also that my daughter has no faith in imagination and is growing up to hate the world
