If you’re from the south don’t come here. Brisket is pretty dry, and the Mac and cheese is incredibly overcooked with a paste like “cheese”. Staff is great though.

Made a mistake and ordered the loaded fries promptly loaded them into the trash because they were so disgusting. The fries weren’t even thoroughly cooked. The brisket was so dry. I nearly choked on it three times , was the most disappointing $50 meal I’ve had in a while , thanks Dickies! Ha

I ordered two of the two meat plate meals on DoorDash for pickup. We couldn't even identify what kind of meat they gave us and none of food was put together like a meal. The rest of the food wasn't bad but the meat was just fatty and couldn't tell what was pork and beef.

Lots of choices, even some incredible Mac n cheese with brisket! You put your own sauce on top match you're taste. It's great but not obvious that you have to clean your table and it's a bit pricey. Darn good though!

My wife and I got takeout. The chopped brisket sandwich had crunchy grisltle in every bite. (See photo). This is Dickies third strike, as our other experienes were also disappointing. When I picked up my order, two male employees in the kitchen were taking an unusual interest in me, which struck me as odd at the time. I don't appreciate my food being tampered with. Customers should be wary of such conduct.

Darn shame, used to be my go to...service is seriously lacking, kid at the register can't count change, my bbq sauce has been forgotten last 2 visits. And I understand a need for price increase, but lower quality meats?! 3 stars is an extremely generous rating

Was expecting the food to actually be edible for a $45 to go order. All the staff tried to talk at the same time forgetting some of the food for our order. It was not a good experience for an out of state vacation.
