I never feel the need to share a review but I’ve ordered food here quite a few times and almost every single time I don’t receive all of my food really quite anoying happening more then once absolutely disappointing money just going to waste thanks

Nice atmosphere, the building is nice, lots of seating but it was empty when we went. We went for dinner, around 6 I think, and the girl up front seemed annoyed to take our order. Our meat was cold, but the sides were ok, not great but ok. There were no clean forks but they brought some out when we asked, after our plastic forks broke. It just turned out to be a bad experience overall.Update: They said to email so I did but go no response. That was 6 days ago. I'll never go back. Waste of money.

This Shannon lady who is the manager there is absolutely unprofessional and rude and I will never want to do business at this place ever again. Oh, and if you are door dashing they will make you fix the drinks and get that prepared and ready and won't have it ready to go they say it's your job to do their job which makes absolutely no sense when it's supposed to be ready for pickup. It's definitely different if I was dining in and of course I would fix my own drink but this is for pickup should be ready when you arrive. And the only reason I got mad enough to post this is how rude the manager is there. Bunch of trashy lazy mfs work there.

Went there and frozen it was 59 degrees inside and the manager of course said they can't do anything. Like always pass the buck to someone else. So I just going to Pokey.

Had the Two-Meat Brisket and Chicken with Green Beans as a side along with Fried Okra. Meat was well prepared and tasted great along with the sides, although the Green Beans were a bit spicy for this guy, but not a deal breaker. Get the Big Yellow Cup and enjoy all the Sweet Tea you can handle!
