If I could I would give service and atmosphere negative 10. After placing and order at 351pm giving my card info and so on thet said around 30. To 45 min. After an hour and 20 min I called them asking where my order was, they kept telling me I didn't place with them and must be on the Lakeway store, I explained I had called the same number. They said they would call back, never happened. Will never use Dominos again.

I had the best experience at the Domino's Pizza at 400 West 2nd Street in Gillette Wyoming today. Although my order was running a little later than I was told it would be, all of the staff were super friendly and provided excellent customer service. I am so pleased with my interaction with the staff. The pizza looked perfect like the pizzas on a commercial, and tasted so wonderful! Thank-you to all the staff for making "a late order" such a positive experience! You were all amazing!! I will be back!! ?
Ordered online for in-store pickup, get there and can see my completed order sitting on the rack through the locked door, and 2 employees inside. I knocked once, and the guy looked at me, and kept sweeping, knocked again and he yelled go away. Finally the girl came over and let me in to pick up my food and was told they lock the lobby at 10 even though it shows open online. This isn't the case, because I frequently order through this store and it's never been locked before. When I went back to speak to the manager, I found out the girl is the manager - so there's no resolution. I don't do drive thru because it's a pain getting large boxes through a car window. Between being ignored by the staff, lied to, and having my concerns dismissed, I will just go away.

I got a pie and some pasta. My gosh the pie puts Pizza Hut to shame. The pasta was primavera I added pepperoni and it was so delicious. However the call center sucks had to drive to the store to place my order.
