We got our dinner delivered, and it was prompt, hot and delicious. We had a question after the driver left and called the store directly. Eric answered and handled the call immediately with professionalism, kindness, and simple satisfaction. I will be a return customer here for sure.

Ordered pizza at 630pm and hadn't shown up by 8. Called the store and they said it's going to be another hour. 2 and a half hours for an order is absolutely ridiculous. They couldn't even call when I placed my order and let me know it was going to be a long wait. So now it's 830pm and I've got to figure out something for dinner. Thanks domino's you guys are the greatest. Won't order from you guys again.

It took an hour for me to get 1 stuffed cheese bread. And when I talked to the “manager” he said that they’ve been busy which is an absolute lie. I was waiting in the parking lot for 30 minutes, and the parking lot was empty. I get this is probably a front for money laundering, but holy hell, I don’t come all the way from Newcastle to put up with a bunch on incompetent food wagies who are too busy snorting blow in the back bathroom when PAYING CUSTOMERS are trying to give money to your pathetic excuse of a business. Disgusting. Pro tip: Maybe start hiring people with an IQ above 30.

I just wanted to share my experience from yesterday.I'm very much a "stay on schedule" parent. My kids have a routine and a set bedtime. I put an order in yesterday and after noticing nothing changing on the "track your order" page 20 minutes later, I called the store. They informed me that they were extremely low staffed but would have my order out as soon as they could and even provided me an ETA. Unfortunately I would have gotten it after my kids bedtime, so I asked to cancel. They profusely apologized and I just wanted to state that even though the order didn't work out, and they were apologetic about it, I do appreciate the sincere effort and want to remind them, as someone who's been in customer service myself, that I acknowledge they are doing what they can with the situation they're in. I appreciate you all and hope your night wasn't too rough.

General manager, Eric @ Lakeway road Dominos in Gillette, Wy, is EXTREMELY RUDE! Called because pizza hardly had any cheese and I paid an extra $2.50 for EXTRA cheese and for extra sauce. Wasn’t cut right either…but that’s not a big deal. Just want to get what I paid for. He said he made pizza and it was a good pizza. Then he set phone down while I was talking without telling me. When I realized no one was there…after saying hello for over 2 minutes…I called back and that’s when he told me he set phone down. He then told me he wasn’t remaking pizza…because “he made it and it was a good pizza”. Wasn’t giving me my money back either. Basically was calling me a liar. Told him I could bring it down there and show him or they could pick it up. He said he wasn’t doing anything about it because “he made it and it was good”. Lol. Then he said goodbye and hung up on me. Tried calling back next day and again got Eric and he said he was general manager and I told him I was recording conversation for quality assurance and he hung up on me. Called back because thought possibly was disconnected and Ann or Anna answered phone and put me on hold to get him and my phone said I sat on hold for over 10 minutes so now I new I wasn’t disconnected that he had hung up and now was playing a game.He is extremely rude to customers and is doing this in front of employees and trainees as well. Way to teach these young people how to deal with customers. He shouldn’t be a manager nor be able to deal with ANY customers at the very least.

I would give 0 stars if I could . Very unhappy .we got our pizza it looked as if it was tossed on its side (mangled mess on one side of the box, the cheese dip for the bread twists was all over inside of the box , we got no napkins, salad was tipped on it's side in the bag. After this I no longer wanted to eat was getting late so having another pizza made was not acceptable

I ordered my pizza at 6.. I'm not usually one to complain but when I called at 730 to see when it would be ready I got another 40 minutes. I could hear people laughing and goofing off in the back ground.. it's should not take 2 hours to get a pizza. I normally order from dominos but I don't think I will moving forward.
This is now the 4th consecutive time in the last 6 months I’ve ordered and waited for a minimum of 1.5 hours. Most recent being tonight with now over a 2 hour wait. Earning what I am assuming would be another measly 10% off my next order.I understand that staffing among tons of other issues, negatively influence many work force places in todays world. But over 2 hours for a pizza? A little ridiculous if you ask me.Not seeking any help, just forewarning people the next time they want to wait, and wait, AND wait, since the website fails to say anything about absurd wait times.

Made an order for store front car delivery. Guy comes out with 2 small boxes and husband asks where's the rest of it and guy says what else did you order? Husband says you should know what I ordered so he goes back in to figure it out and comesback out with rest of order.Sausage and mushroom pizza was hand tossed looked like a thin crust and it was hard, cold and very dry. Not good at all. Ordered cheesesteak tots that barely had any toppings on it. Very dry hard edges. Not good. Very disappointed.Our other pizza was chicken and bacon which was very good and we also got some brownies which were delicious.We know you guys can do better than this. We've always liked your pizza. Double check what's going out. Food is not cheap.Thank you

It's Dominos, so I'm not expecting gourmet, but the pizza is consistently good and are orders are usually pretty quick. Never had a problem with an incorrect order besides having our dipping sauces forgotten occasionally.
