Best Mexican food in the Gillette area! Opens at 11 btw we learned at after trying to get some tacos at 9 am for 3 days. The ladies are super Great and the have tamales sold. Price was fair overall great.

Normally I love experiencing new food choices and supporting small business owners by trying out food trucks. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this little taco truck. We waited over 1 hour for 2 orders of carne asada tacos. Which lets be honest that is WAY too long to wait for tacos from a food truck. When we finally did get our tacos the meat was super dry. The meat was bordering on beef jerky texture. It had been overcooked. There are some lovely sit-down Mexican restaurants that produce better tacos and have them brought to your table in a reasonable amount of time.
