Please for the grace of god eat here if you’re in town. 10/10 recommend the place is *chefs kiss*, their decor is top notch. Get the margarita they are some of the best. The de la crème chimichanga is literally 10000/10

The table next to was very wobbly and if you like bean soup / refried beans . Made my taco and taostada very soggy.

Second time I’ve been there and I was pretty disappointed with the food I ordered a seafood burrito that was advertised to contain shrimp scallops and crab meat and peppers it was a fairly large burrito however there were no scallops or crab present and there were only six shrimp in it and their was even a shrimp tail thrown in as a garnish it was served with two fairly rich sauces made of different ingredients one white and one red I found the flavors rather conflicting and was not happy with meal at all .
Gillette has become a rather competitive market for New Mexican flavored restaurants with several on the north side of town like albertanos where I’ve had several good meals I won’t be returning to encanto anytime soon.

Food was delicious and the atmosphere was amazing!! I wish the service matched. Our tamale was delicious but came out cold, no apologies, just brought it back out open like we sent it back - possibly microwaved for all we know ?‍♀️they have a delicious spicy salsa. They fajitas were on the sweet side but good. Love the happy hour! $5.99 margaritas and $2.99 draft beer.

Love it!! The decor and food are amazing!! And we cannot absolutely forget the margarita. Although, after one, you might experience a little memory distortion. But they're so guuuuuud! I also had a shrimp ceviche plate with my margarita, but for some reason, I can't seem to find the picture, weird. Maybe I shouldn't have drank that margarita before taking pictures ?? it was delishussss!!!

Food was good and service is decent but they refuse to honor football discount cards that are new this year because they are under their old name Fiesta Tequila which obviously doesn't exist anymore. These cards are used to support schools and should be honored regardless of the name change. Especially since they are 24-25 cards and brand new.

Wow! This restaurant was so delicious and had great service. I’m surprised there weren’t more customers. I loved the birria tacos as well as their horchata, which wasn’t too sweet! Would recommend anyone in Gillette to go by and try. Great service as well.

The experience is very pleasant, the food is very delicious, I will return to try more dishes, my American wife loved the food.

Didn't expect to get a "paisa" experience, but we were pleasantly surprised.
Make sure to try the items marked with the Colombian flag, you will be glad you did, and for the "postre" don't think about flan because they aren't, the coffee one was supreme. I will visit again if we're in town. We were treated like family so it made it really nice.
Don't wait, give it a go. . Te va a encantar...

The food is exceptional, as well as the service and the atmosphere. It is absolutely one of the best restaurants in town. Make sure you try the tres leches cake. I’m so glad she convinced me to try it. It was so good. We will be back again, many times. Thank you!
